Bacon, Egg and Spinach Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients


  • 1 8 oz. bag fresh spinach
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
  • 4 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1/4 c sliced sweet onion
  • 1/2 c sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c sliced almonds


  1. Assemble salads on 4 separate plates starting with spinach. Add bacon, eggs, sliced onions, sliced mushrooms and almonds.

Salad Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped shallot
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  1. Add all ingredients for salad dressing to a small jar and shake well. Drizzle over salad and serve.
