Bacon Ranch Egg Salad Recipe

This bacon ranch egg salad recipe is perfect if you'd like a twist on your traditional egg salad.

  • 3 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 3 Tbsp zesty paleo ranch
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 Boston lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • scallions, for garnish


  1. Chop hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Combine eggs, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, ranch, salt, and pepper.
  3. Top each leaf with egg salad. Garnish with scallions.
