  • 2 c spinach
  • 2 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg(s)
  • 3/4 c blueberries, frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1 inch slice cucumber, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 - 3 ice cubes


  1. Add spinach, eggs, blueberries, banana, cucumber, lemon juice, and ice cubes to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
