Frozen Chocolate Pie Cups Recipe

These individual frozen treats are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth, without making you feel guilty. Make this dessert extra special by serving with fresh raspberries or crushed Oreos on top. This recipe is an adaptation of the Chocolate Peppermint Pie recipe.

  • 8 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 c confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg(s)
  • 2/3 c white chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 c dark chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1 c fat free whipped cream
  • 1 c sugar-free Oreo cookies crushed


  1. Place Neufchatel cheese and confectioners’ sugar in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed to combine. Increase speed to high; beat until smooth, scraping bowl as necessary. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  2. Add melted white chocolate to mixture; beat on medium to combine. Add melted dark chocolate chips; beat on medium to combine.
  3. By hand fold in whipped cream. Then spoon 1/3 cup servings into individual glass serving cups.
  4. Freeze, covered, until firm.
  5. Before serving, spoon 1 tablespoon crushed Oreos on top of chocolate mixture.


Add fresh raspberries as a garnish.
