Holiday Irish Cream Recipe

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 c Irish whiskey
  • 1 1/2 c 2% milk
  • 3 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg(s)
  • 1 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract


  1. Pour condensed milk, whiskey, 2% milk, eggs, chocolate syrup, and almond extract into blender. Blend on high 1 minute.
  2. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Serve with drizzles of chocolate syrup in clear glass.
