  • 5-6 fresh raspberries, lightly muddled
  • 1 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg white(s)
  • 2 oz Partida Tequila®
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh agave nectar
  • freshly grated lime zest (optional)


Combine raspberries, egg white, tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar into cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass or preferably a coupe. Garnish with freshly grated lime zest.
