Loaded Pulled Pork Cheese Fries Recipe

  • 2 24 oz bags frozen French fries, cooked according to package directions
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 c bacon bits
  • 16 oz bbq pulled pork
  • 4 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized eggs, sunny-side up
  • chopped scallions (optional garnish) to taste
  • chopped parsley (optional garnish) to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange cooked fries on a large baking sheet (for family style serving) or divide into four smaller oven-safe skillets or bowls. Top with cheddar cheese, American cheese, and bacon bits.
  3. Bake until cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven and top with pulled pork, eggs, scallions, and parsley.
