No Churn Tiramisu Ice Cream Recipe

Homemade ice cream is a must for hot summer months, and this no churn tiramisu ice cream is sure to become a new family favorite. Recipe courtesy of Heather at Heather's French Press.

  • 1 c whole milk
  • 8 oz mascarpone
  • 3 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg yolk(s)
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 Tbsp espresso powder
  • 1 1/2 c heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 c crumbled lady fingers
  • shaved dark chocolate for topping to taste


  1. In a blender combine milk, mascarpone, egg yolks, sugar, and espresso powder. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
  2. Fold in whipped cream, and pour into a freezer safe baking pan (like a loaf pan). Cover and freeze 2 hours.
  3. Stir the ice cream, and then fold in the crumbled lady fingers.
  4. Cover and return to the freezer for at least 4 hours. Serve topped with shaved dark chocolate.
