Pork and Egg Breakfast Pizzas Recipe

  • 4 mini naan bread
  • 2 small, ripe avocados
  • 8 oz cooked pulled pork
  • 4 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg(s)


  1. Toast mini naan. Top each with 1/2 an avocado; smash and spread to cover bread.
  2. Add 2 ounces of pulled pork to each pizza. Top with cheese and veggies if desired. Place under broiler or on grill to warm pork.
  3. Meanwhile, crack eggs into hot, greased pan and cook about 2 minutes or until white is set. Carefully transfer one egg to each pizza. Top with any desired garnishes.


Use a pita or tortilla as substitute for naan.

Top with shredded cheese, extra vegetables, hot sauce, or peppers.
